In recent days I've understood that once you decide on something there is risk involved. In the big picture - When you decide your ambition and actually begin planning, you maybe realize that you need to improve yourself and upskill. But only when you actually start working at it, and you're at the level where you can't go back to that point of high excitement and expectations, do you realize the number of problems piles up. It is all small things that require little thinking and communication. The time at which these problems are presented in front of you is the exact time you have something important to finish up. That time in which you're just unable to focus on it, and arrive at the needy solution. But I think it wouldn't be very exciting to be aware of all the problems before deciding on something. Therefore, before taking a decision you must prepare yourself to take calculated risks. - Bharathi Senthilkumar
