Decoding Inside out

I think emotions, expressions are directly proportional to the experiences we have every day.

The emotions are an outcome of your reactions to various situations. The way you react before you can think is like an indication that your subconscious mind has already programmed many situations.  But you can never decide on how you will react until you're in the situation. These pre-programmed reactions are our interpretations of the actual events that are going on, rather than from specific emotional feelings.

The five main emotions visualized in Inside out - anger, disgust, fear, happiness, and sadness is a broad classification of a whole range of emotions. The amount of each emotion felt in a moment is unobservable once your consumed by a feeling. Maybe that's because certain emotions are correlated meaning they often rise and fall together that you're not able to specify the exact feeling. Especially during a sad phase. But if you are able to stand inside your mind and watch these emotions at play maybe then you would know who wants to rule your mind. Maybe it's not one emotion which takes charge.

I think that our feelings can be divided into two parts. A negative feeling and a positive feeling. I also feel that these are totally depended more on your attitude towards life more than the control over your reactions. Overall, if you had a positive attitude, you might turn out to be a happier person than a person with a negative attitude!

“Folks are usually about as happy as they make their minds up to be.”
― Abraham Lincoln

A measurement of the degree to which two things tend to rise and fall together. For instance, height is correlated with weight, because taller people are usually heavier.

it's really happening

When it all happens too fast  When you realise sitting around isn't an option anymore  When you feel the anxiety building  When your heart starts beating faster When your mind races imagining the impossible When your surroundings are quiet and dark but your gut pushes you to get out  When all that was once a routine slowly starts to end  When all the mistakes replay in your mind  When all your dreams aren't only what you see in sleep but the fuel to make everyday brighter Maybe that's when life's happening  Pulling you to make your decisions and draw your plan  Urging you to succeed in such a phenomenal way that even you had never imagined  Just random feelings and thoughts  - BHARATHI SENTHILKUMAR

WAYS OF THE MIND :D

A churning storm,   a hidden rage,   But on my face, a practiced page.   No messy feelings, just cool clicks, A clockwork heart, with hidden tricks. The ways of the mind. What happens when you are constantly questioning things you cant change. Maybe that's the turbulence of the mind. The pilot who trains to fly through the turbulence is maybe the one who becomes successful. -Bharathi Senthilkumar

Survival vs. Success

It's a common misconception that survival and success are synonymous. While surviving challenges is undoubtedly a significant achievement, it doesn't necessarily equate to a fulfilling life. This post attempts to give perspective into the nuances of survival and success, exploring how they intersect and diverge. Historically, survival was the primary goal of human existence. Hunters and gatherers faced daily threats from predators and environmental factors. Their ability to adapt and overcome these challenges was paramount. Today, while our immediate threats have evolved, the fundamental need for survival persists. However, success is more than just staying alive. It involves achieving a sense of fulfillment, purpose, and well-being. This can be achieved through personal growth, career advancement, meaningful relationships, or contributions to society. Innovation has been a double-edged sword. It's increased our odds of survival, but it's also created new complexities. ...
